Medical Dog Tag Locket

Featuring the medical caduceus symbol on the front, this heavy-gauge sterling silver dog tag style locket is perfect for keeping must-have information to hand wherever you go.

Medical information can either be engraved on the back of the locket, or kept safe on a piece of paper within.

The back of the locket is polished and suitable for engraving a message of your choice up to 40 letters long.

Measuring 17 mm x 30 mm, the two lined photo compartments are best suited to long portrait length photos, typically from the waist up.
