Order Processing

Non-Personalised Pieces
Orders placed before 12:00 midday (Monday–Friday) are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends), ensuring a prompt and seamless experience.

Personalised Creations
For pieces featuring photo insertion and/or front and back engraving, we aim to complete your order within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
As every detail is meticulously finished by hand, on occasion we may require a little additional time to ensure absolute perfection.

Bespoke Commissions
For our most intricate designs, including handwriting or drawing replication, hair or fur insertion and hand engraving.  Please allow 3- 4 business days from receipt of your hair/fur pack or final approved design.
Each bespoke piece is individually crafted as a timeless heirloom.

For urgent requests or time-sensitive occasions, kindly leave a note when placing your order and our studio team will do everything possible to accommodate your timeframe.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery – £9.95 (Monday–Saturday)

  • Complimentary Royal Mail Special Delivery (Monday–Saturday)

Our personalisation process still requires up to 2 working days prior to dispatch to ensure your piece is completed to our highest standards.
