Order & Personalisation

Non-Personalised: Dispatched the same day when ordered before 12:00 midday (Mon–Fri), for those who appreciate both luxury and immediacy.

Personalised: Featuring photo insertion or front/back engraving, each piece is lovingly hand-finished. Please allow up to 2 business days for perfection.

Bespoke Commissions: For handwriting, drawing, hair/fur, hand engraving, or family crests, please allow 3 business days from receipt of your materials or final design. Every bespoke piece is a unique heirloom, crafted with meticulous attention to detail.
