International Timeframes, Shipping and Customs

• For non-personalised orders, we will ship it the same day if ordered before 12.00 midday

• For personalised orders (photo insertion & front and/or back engraving), please allow 3 business days from the date of order, for us to complete your order

• For bespoke orders (copy handwriting, copy drawing, hair and fur insertion, hand engraving and family crests and monograms) please allow 3 business days from the date we receive the hair / fur pack or the final design

• Please check your inbox regularly (including your spam box) to resolve any queries or questions from our sales or studio / workshop department and please remember to allow the above timeframes for personalisation before shipping

• Our business hours are from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
  
  
• Please note that we are unable to ship children's lockets to the EU.

We are able to ship to all worldwide, with a very few exceptions.

 EU

We ship to all EU countries, with the exception of France, Portugal and Belgium.

For other EU countries, we offer the options of shipping by DHL and International Post.

For EU orders, the shipment will take 1-3 working days. The cost is £35 for orders under £1000, and free for orders over £1000.

For the rest of the world, it will take 2-4 working days. The cost is £45 for orders under £1000, and free for orders over £1000.

You will have to pay the customs charge at your end. Please send us a copy of the customs charge and we will reimburse you for this.

• FREE First Class shipping on all orders
• £4.50 for Tracked 24 (1-3 business days)
• £9.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery (Monday to Saturday)

 Orders over £200:

• FREE Royal Mail Special Delivery (Monday to Saturday)
