Christmas 2025 International Timeframes, Shipping and Customs

• For non-personalised orders, we will ship within 24 hours if ordered before 12.00 midday (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

• For personalised orders (photo insertion & front and/or back engraving), please allow 3 business days from the date of order for us to complete your order.  However, please note that because all of the personalisation is completed by hand, we may occasionally take a little longer. 

• For bespoke orders (copy handwriting, copy drawing, hair and fur insertion, hand engraving, and family crests and monograms) please allow 3 business days from the date we receive the hair / fur pack or the final design

• Please check your inbox regularly (including your spam box) to resolve any queries or questions from our sales or studio / workshop department and please remember to allow the above timeframes for personalisation before shipping

• Our business hours are from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
  
  
• Please note that we are unable to ship children's lockets to the EU.

We ship to all countries except the EU and India.

 Shipping will usually take 7-10 working days. The cost is £45 for orders under £1000, and free for orders over £1000.

You may have to pay the customs charge at your end. Please send us a copy of the customs charge and we will reimburse you for this.

• FREE First Class shipping on all orders
• £4.50 for Tracked 24 (1-3 business days)
• £9.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery (Monday to Saturday)

 Orders over £200:

• FREE Royal Mail Special Delivery (Monday to Saturday)
