- For non-personalised orders, we will ship it the same day if ordered before 12.00 midday
- For personalised orders (photo insertion & front and/or back engraving), please allow 2 business days from the date of order, for us to complete your order
- For bespoke orders (copy handwriting, copy drawing, hair and fur insertion, hand engraving and family crests and monograms) please allow 3 business days from the date we receive the hair / fur pack or the final design

- All our International orders are sold on a Duty Unpaid basis. The price you see on the Checkout is the price we charge for the order
- Once the locket arrives in your country, it will be subject to the Customs charges applied in your country. We recommend that you check these rates before placing your order
- We regret that we are unable to offer VAT free international shipping, as we incur additional costs when processing international orders
