UK Timeframes and Shipping

•  For non-personalised orders, we will ship it the same day if ordered before 12.00 midday

• For personalised orders (photo insertion & front and/or back engraving), please allow 2 business days from the date of order, for us to complete your order

• For bespoke orders (copy handwriting, copy drawing, hair and fur insertion, hand engraving and family crests and monograms) please allow 5 business days from the date we receive the hair / fur pack or the final design. 

• Please check your inbox regularly (including your spam box) to resolve any queries or questions from our sales or studio department

• Our business hours are from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

 Total orders under £200:

• FREE First Class shipping on all orders
• £4.95 for Tracked 24 (1-3 business days)
• £9.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery (Monday to Saturday)

 Total orders over £200:

• FREE Royal Mail Special Delivery (Monday to Saturday)
