This service is for customers who would like to return their locket to us for us to insert new photos into their locket.

To order this service, please select the number of photos you would like to insert, and upload them here. If you have your original order number, please enter it in the box provided. If not, do not worry, we should be able to locate your order from your name and email details. 

If you are replacing a photo, please could you tell us which photo or photos you would like to be replaced.

Please ensure that the locket and chain is packaged securely in the jewellery box and sealed in an envelope or a small box. Please return your locket and chain to our returns address below:

Please include your full name and your new After-Purchase Photo Service order number in the parcel that you post to us.

We will return your locket by Royal Mail tracked postage, costing £7.
