Non-Faulty Items

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Please include your name and order number and state whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Please note that engraved lockets are not returnable.

As we supply free postage with all of our lockets, we regret that we are unable to refund your return postage for a locket, if you have changed your mind about keeping it.

Faulty Items

Within 30 days of receipt

If your locket should develop a fault within the first 30 days of receipt, please email us with details of the fault, and state whether you would like a repair, replacement or refund.

All lockets are inspected on receipt. If the locket is found to be faulty, we will offer you either replacement, repair or refund, and also refund your return post.

Please note that we are not responsible for fair wear and tear, customer misuse or accidental damage.

Between 30 days and 6 months

If the locket is faulty we will offer you either a refund, replacement or repair, and also refund your return post.

Between 6 months and 1 year

If the locket is faulty we will offer you either a replacement or repair, and also refund your return post.
