Returns

We carefully inspect and photograph all our lockets before shipping.

If the locket is not faulty but you wish to return it for a refund or exchange, please return it within 14 days of receiving it.

If goods should be found to be faulty, we will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. We will also refund your return postage.

If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (12 months) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

For a refund or exchange, the product must be in otherwise ''as new'' condition, and if possible, with the original packaging.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Please inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping packaging and please contact us.

If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely, as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during the return transit, and send it to:

TLT
The Brentano Suite,
Lyttelton House,
2 Lyttelton Rd,

Please note that, when a faulty item is returned, we are only able to refund shipping up to the amount that we initially sent the item out with.

Personalised Orders

If a locket has been personalised with engraving we regret that we cannot refund the order, unless the locket is faulty.
