• Standard Orders: Non-personalised treasures are carefully prepared and dispatched within 24 hours when ordered before 12:00 midday (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

• Personalised Masterpieces: Items featuring photo insertion or front/back engraving are lovingly hand-finished. Please allow up to 3 business days from order to ensure every detail is perfected.

• Bespoke Commissions: For our most intricate creations—including handwriting or drawing replication, hair or fur insertion, hand engraving, and family crests or monograms—please allow 3 business days from receipt of your materials or final design. Each bespoke piece is crafted with unrivalled attention to detail.

Shipping

We are delighted to ship our creations worldwide, with the exception of India, Ukraine, and Russia. Deliveries are typically made within 7–10 working days, arriving beautifully packaged and ready to be cherished.
