We offer speedy EU delivery, taking 2-3 working days.
For Republic of Ireland, delivery takes 1-2 working days.

Order & Personalisation

Non-Personalised: Dispatched the same day when ordered before 12:00 midday (Mon–Fri), for those who appreciate both luxury and immediacy.

Personalised: Featuring photo insertion or front/back engraving, each piece is lovingly hand-finished. Please allow up to 3 business days for perfection.

Bespoke Commissions: For handwriting, drawing, hair/fur, hand engraving, or family crests, please allow 3 business days from receipt of your materials or final design. Every bespoke piece is a unique heirloom, crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

Studio Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Shipping & Delivery
For shipments to Ireland, we use Parcelforce which costs £15 and takes 2-3 working days.
For shipments to the rest of the EU, we use UPS Express which takes 3-4 working days and costs 30 euros (or other equivalent currency).
Customs
We use Hyfive Fulfillment for our shipments to Ireland and the EU. When you receive your package, it will state that it is coming from Hyfive Fulfillment in Northern Ireland. This means that you will pay no customs or administration charges when you receive your order.
